Born in Sofia. She graduated from the National Art High School in Sofia in 1981 and
The National Academy of Arts, Sofia, in 1989 in the class of Prof. Ivan Gazdov.
Among her teachers is Prof. Alexander Poplilov - a prominent artist, legendary watercolorist, illustrator, graphic designer, portraitist, master of historical composition.
Her artistic pursuits are in an extremely wide range: icon, illustration, book layout, clothing design, graphic design, portrait, landscape, naked body, composition. He paints both watercolors and oil paintings, and presents over 50 of his solo exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad. Participates in a number of TV shows, joint exhibitions, art symposia and forums in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Romania, Italy, Spain, India, Pakistan, China, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Morocco, South Africa, Turkey, USA. Organizer of international plein airs in India and Bulgaria. He teaches drawing and painting. Winner of numerous national and international awards for watercolor, oil painting, clothing design and overall creativity.
Jury of international competitions. Member of UBA and AIAP.
Head of the IWS Bulgaria Foundation (IWS branch), curator of the International Triennial of Watercolor - Varna, 2016,2019 and the International Youth Watercolor Festival - Plovdiv, 2019.
Her paintings are owned by a number of institutions, such as the Ministry of Culture, the National Assembly, the Municipality of Sliven, the Union of Bulgarian Artists, city art galleries, embassies and collectors in many countries. Her portraits of historical figures are in galleries, ceremonial halls and representative offices around the country.
