• Delivery is made by couriers of Econt and Speedy
• The price is calculated according to the tariff of the respective courier company determined for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and is at the expense of the buyer.
• For orders of BGN 500 and more, delivery is free.
• For Europe and the USA, deliveries are made with DHL at a rate that depends on the volume of the order.
• Delivery time - EXPRESS / within 2-3 working days depending on the location of the recipient /
• All works are always delivered with the possibility of review!

 RETURNS AND WARRANTY:

• 14 working days right of Exchange and Return
• Refund of the amount of the returned order after the return and receipt and is executed depending on the chosen method of payment and is within:
• In case of paid order by cash on delivery - we refund the amount within 3 working days by transfer to a bank account specified by the client
• In case of a paid order with a bank debit or credit card - we refund the amount immediately / the term of return depends on the banking system /
• When paying with PayPal - we refund the amount immediately
• 100% author's works with proven origin

Returns and exchange:

• Return and exchange can be made only if the purchased work differs from the images and description in Art platform Купиизкуство.бг / buyart.bg.
• Return and replacement delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
